RedShelf Refund Policy

Refund Process

To request a refund, End User can complete this form. Please include any additional information regarding the order you wish to have refunded. Refund requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. However,

a. Bookstore Purchases – For refunds of purchases made within a bookstore, End User should contact the bookstore where the item was purchased and not RedShelf.

b. Inclusive and Equitable Access – Inclusive and Equitable Access Students should contact their Institution regarding any refunds under their Institutions Inclusive or Equitable Access program. If the Add/Drop date for End User’s course has already passed, End User’s institution has been charged and might not be willing or able to give End User a full refund, if any.
